Physical methods include mechanical ball milling, water atomization, gas atomization and so on
Chemical methods include electrolysis, carbonyl method.
Here is a brief introduction to the most commonly used physical method of mechanical milling:
1, put the metal block into the melting furnace to heat and melt.
2. The metal melt falls into the liquid cooling medium after flowing through the screen or rotating the disk and condenses into small socks.
3, the small particles of metal and protective gas are added to the sealed scroll crusher by the extrusion and friction between the metal particles.
Disadvantages: Mechanical crushing is more difficult and will bring in impurities.
