The welding of titanium tubes can be performed using a variety of different welding methods, including but not limited to:
, tungsten argon arc welding (GTAW) : suitable for the thickness of 0.5~10mm titanium and titanium alloy plates, pipes and special-shaped parts of the butt, corner and lap welding. This method has high weld quality and less deformation, but requires argon protection to avoid weld oxidation or nitrification contamination.

, electron beam welding (EBW) : suitable for the thickness of 0.1~150mm titanium and titanium alloy plate, pipe and shaped parts of the butt, Angle and lap welding. It can be carried out in vacuum, avoid gas pollution, has a large weld depth to width ratio and large deformation, and high efficiency.

, laser welding (LW) : suitable for the thickness of 0.1~10mm titanium and titanium alloy plates, pipes and special-shaped parts of the butt, corner and lap welding. It can be carried out in the atmosphere, only need to blow argon gas protection, with a large weld depth to width ratio and small deformation, fast speed, can be automated or robotized operation.

, plasma arc welding (PAW) : suitable for the thickness of 0.5~15mm titanium and titanium alloy plates, pipes and special-shaped parts of the butt, Angle and lap welding. It is carried out in the atmosphere, only need to blow argon gas protection, with a large weld depth to width ratio and small deformation, high efficiency.

, brazing (BW) : suitable for the thickness of 0.1~3mm titanium and titanium alloy plates, pipes and special-shaped parts of the butt, Angle and lap welding.

, MIG welding: suitable for the welding of medium thickness titanium, using DC reverse connection.
, resistance welding: Because titanium resistivity is large, small thermal conductivity, resistance welding is more suitable.
