Titanium plate appearance inspection standard
1. Titanium plate should not be layered.
2. If there are special requirements for appearance quality, it can be agreed by the supply and demand parties.
3. Hot rolled surface of titanium plate should be smooth and clean. The plates are permitted to be supplied with acid-alkali washing, sandblasting and sanded surfaces.
4. The surface of the titanium plate is not allowed to have cracks, peeling, oxidation, folding, metal and non-metal clips, alkali washing traces.
5. The titanium plate is allowed to remove local defects along the rolling direction, but the thickness of the plate after removal shall not be less than the small allowable thickness.
6. Slight darkening and local water traces are allowed on the surface of the titanium plate; Local scratches, indentations, pits and other defects that do not exceed the allowable deviation of their thickness are allowed.
