Zirconium is a very strong, malleable, ductile, lustrous silver-gray metal, similar to hafnium and titanium. It is flammable in powder form, and highly resistant to corrosion and heat.

The main commercial use of zirconium is as zircon. Zircon is widely used in refractories, ceramic opacification and foundry sands. Zirconium is also used as an alloying agent in materials that are exposed to aggressive environments.

Zirconium Tube and Zirconium Pipe are made of metal zirconium and other metals. Due to the excellent nuclear performance and corrosion resistance of zirconium, zirconium alloy tubes and pipes are often used in nuclear fuel assemblies and internal structures of water-cooled reactors and are important nuclear materials. Pure zirconium tubes and pipes are mainly used to make chemical equipment.
